West Hartford Inn

Good hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a microwave. I remember the staff helping me find my lost wallet during my first stay. I highly recommend it for comfort. I'm coming back for Xmas!

Not located in a very nice area. Loud night club part of the premises and a loud crowd of people wandering around outside that we had to walk through. The rooms are very tired and do not feel clean. The mattress was hard. THe entrance from an unsafe feeling parking garage was not working and we were required to walk around the building in an unsafe area to get to the entrance. Just really bad and I couldn't wait to leave!

Clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. The room was impeccably clean, provided with a phone, taped together, tea. In the restaurant they served Peruvian cuisine dishes.

The hotel's position was great, so close to blue back square, tons of stores, and restaurants. Popped in Bar Louie for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue...

The location next to the funeral home. The room itself was surprisingly clean and had fresh sheets, a relief. I appreciated having a clean bathroom with modern fixtures. The staff were friendly and made check-in straightforward, helping ease my stress.

The room was mostly clean but had a nasty moldy smell. I noticed dirty carpets in the hallways, which wasn't a great look. At least the bathroom was nice and the room had decent space. Could use some serious updates for sure.

The West Hartford Inn has a great location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel's decor feels quite outdated.

The kids loved the spacious suite, and it was super convenient having a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was quite the treat, fueling us up for our daily adventures to nearby parks and activities.

In my wife's opinion, having a dedicated play area for kids would have made our experience much better.

Convenient location and decent amenities

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room Two Double Beds Non-Smoking, and I appreciated the large room size and the convenience of having a fridge and microwave. The proximity to local shopping and dining was a highlight. The overall decor feels quite dated and could really benefit from some modern updates.

The hotel offers great relaxation opportunities, like a cozy lounge and a lovely outdoor seating area. The only hiccup was a slight delay in getting our room ready, but it was all worth it in the end 😊
